What is your return policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges on our product except in exceptional circumstances. If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days after receipt. Any product accepted for return may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection. Product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in order to be eligible. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product. Returned goods without an RA number will be refused. Transport costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.
When will my order ship?
Orders generally will ship within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday.

How do you ship & What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all clearance orders except where noted, with a minimum purchase of $200 required to cover shipping costs.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
